Payment Terms and Cancelation Policy

Tofino 1st Class Fishing requires a 30% deposit on all bookings.

Please note that there is no fuel surcharge in the fishing trips rates

Prices do not include GST (5%)


In the event that you are unable to attend your booked fishing excursion, please provide written notice 30 days in advance of your excursion in order to receive your refunded deposit, less a processing fee of $50.

Within the 30 days before your charter, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book your scheduled reservation. If no notice is received within 2 days of your booked excursion, the full amount will be processed at this time unless we are able to rebook the trip.

Fishing excursions being cut short due to lack of interest or sea sickness are not refundable and will be charged the full amount.

Fishing excursions go rain or shine. Cancelations due to rough sea conditions are at the Fishing Guide’s discretion. If a charter is cancelled due to rough sea conditions and can not be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the client.

Tofino 1st Class Fishing accepts all major Credit Cards and will only accept your credit card information over the phone in order to insure privacy and security. Credit Card Information shouldn’t be sent by email.
